Patti Powers has a background in social research and analysis, social policy and program development, community and rural economic development, and integrated approaches to social, community and economic development. She has been a consultant for the past 3 years after almost 30 years working in a range of social and economic development activities in the provincial and federal governments, the voluntary sector and at Memorial University. Over her career, she has gained extensive experience in social and economic policy development; public and government consultation; social and economic strategic planning; data and information analysis; government systems, operations and delivery structures; program design and development; and program evaluation.
