Learning Study
This report entitled, A Learning Study, provides analysis of changes occurring in the way government is conducting its business in implementing the SSP goals. It is intended as a learning, or formative study, to guide further development and approaches, procedures and monitoring systems required to ensure SSP implementation success. The Learning Study focuses on the SSP’s first three goals. The fourth goal is the focus of separate work that will be undertaken at a future date.
