2007
- 103 people participate in the C4C program from the Northern Peninsula, Central and the Northeast Avalon regions.
- Over 60 volunteer technology placements/partnerships with local voluntary non-profit groups in Central, Northeast Avalon and the Northern Peninsula regions.
- Participants from the separate communities attend regional sessions in Flower’s Cove and Gander on May 23rd, 2007 to discuss new computer experiences, learn about digital cameras and to receive certificates for completing the Connecting for Community (C4C) program.

The Straits Minor Hockey Association gets their trading pins in time for the Easter hockey tournament. Thanks to a dedicated volunteer who was able to use email for the design and ordering of the pins. The volunteer was part of the C4C program on the Northern Peninsula.
- Gander Lions Club goes digital; seven members of the club including the President and Past President participated in the program. Email has been a great boost for the club sending minutes of meetings and upcoming agendas.
- Twenty-three participants from the Northeast Avalon region communities of Bell Island and Brigus start the C4C program.
- Turks Gut Heritage Conservation (TGHC) group in Marysvale launches project to create a digital history of town since 1600's. Three volunteers with the TGHC group were trained as part of the C4C program to conduct computer work.
- Internet Safety, Excel and PowerPoint courses being delivered on Bell Island at the Boys & Girls Club and at the Brigus Public Library in October 2007. Call 1-866-753-9860 to register now.
