Identifying Information
enVision.ca recognizes the importance of protecting your privacy. enVision.ca will only collect information from you that you knowingly provide to us as a user of our site. You can view the enVision.ca site without providing any information about yourself however, from time to time you may want to access features of the site that require you to identify yourself in order to obtain a username and password. In addition, we require you to provide information in order to post or update your organization in enVision.ca’s online directory of voluntary groups in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Identifying information is information that enables us to identify you, such as your email address, name, title, organization, and address. enVision.ca uses the identifying information in order to personalize your experience on our vortal and also to be able to send you communications that may be of interest to you as a representative of the voluntary sector.
Identifying membership information* provided to enVision.ca will not be made available to commercial third parties outside the enVision.ca site without your explicit permission.
Online Directory Postings
Non-identifying information provided to enVision.ca in order to list your organization in the online directory will be displayed on our site.
From time to time CSC and enVision.ca will send you information about upcoming events, projects and news that may be useful to your organization.
Contact information will NOT be displayed online.
You can request to be removed from the online directory at any time.
